| Payment Information Please Click "ABOUT US" for rates. Deposit: To hold your reservation, we require a deposit of $200 for each week. The deposit will be deducted from the balance due, which is payable 30 days prior to your arrival date. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards or you can use your PayPal account. When we receive your payment, we will e-mail you a payment receipt, confirmation number and a complete check-in package. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your reservation with us prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of money previously paid, reduced by the following charges:
--Cancel up to 30 days--a $50 administrative fee
--Cancel 29 to 14 days--25% of the total rental --Cancel 13 to 7 days--50% of the total rental
--Cancel 6 days to arrival date--NO REFUND |
